This voucher is valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Services are subject to availability. The original voucher must be presented upon arrival to the hotel for redemption to be applied to the final bill. Vouchers cannot be refunded in total or in part, cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, cannot be exchanged for another service or package and are non-refundable for cash. To make an overnight reservation the Voucher Code is required. Cancellations made with less than 48hrs notice, or failure to arrive, will result in the full voucher being voided.
